Here are the services we currently offer. These represent the majority of areas where we can help.

Advocacy
We attend local public meetings to provide input on various community topics for those that can't attend. We provide advocacy when needed.

Art
All forms of Art are healing. We help promote the Art of local Artists. We design educational art programs and events. The proceeds are split between the Artist, The "Nan Fund", and the organization. This provides a percentage % of proceeds to a reserve fund specifically for foster kids aging out of the foster system as they as they seek post secondary education or professional training.

Community Awareness
We encourage and share resourceful public information with the community through our digital programs and platforms while utilizing effective communication strategies and during live community music and art events.

Care Coordination and Support
Medical care is familiar to everyone. However, as we age, sometimes medical care can become complex and overwhelming. It does often lead to gaps in medical care causing worsening or recurring symptoms. We help coordinate your care upon complex diagnosis to help ensure continuity of care is received. We do NOT provide care. We offer assistance scheduling care or obtaining needed equipment.

Digital Navigation
Our trained Digital Navigator connects families and individuals with opportunities to obtain digital connectivity, devices, skills, and support. One-on-one digital navigation assistance is available in person, over the phone, or via email, ensuring accessibility for all. These services are offered through the Patterson Foundation's Digital Access for All and Digitunity.

Disaster Preparation and Response
We provide resource assistance to individuals who may need assistance getting sand bags, evacuating, or shuttering up to prepare for expected natural disasters. As a team we identify community's greatest need and determine a plan of action. We use digital communication to communicate alerts through various social channels. We assist individuals and families complete FEMA and insurance claim applications.

"Life-Centered Design Studio" TM Educational Program
The "Life-Centered Design Studio" TM teaches and creates community and environmental sustainability and provides a guide for putting passion into action. Through creative collaborations, STEAM-A events and workshops are designed utilizing the proven methods of the studio. This program is designed for all ages and all abilities. We specifically utilize this program during our Suncoast Remake Learning Days annual participation. Workbook available for purchase soon! Specified percentage of all events and art proceeds are donated to the Nan Fund. The Nan Fund is a gap fund designed to provide fosters children aging out of system who are seeking post secondary education financial assistance.

Literacy
Literacy is a gift that keeps giving. The greatest freedom is knowledge. We offer educational programs and courses covering various topics to empower individuals and communities to improve quality of life. We participate annually with Suncoast's Grade Level Reading and Remake Learning Days, supported by the Patterson Foundation.

Music
We offer live creative experiences that include live music. Our programs offer musical healing, training, internship, production, and more! We promote local Musicians and assist in providing music resource assistance.

Resource Connection
We connect individuals and families to resources that match their needs. We also advocate for identified needed resources at public community meetings.

Veteran Support
We are always willing to help a Veteran that served our country get connected resources! We partner with local veteran organizations to assist Veterans access their benefits.
